Так как продавец отправил один заказ разными посылками, а номер для отслеживания указал только для одной посылки (к тому же разными способами доставки) , возникло недопонимание. Пришлось открыть спор. Но теперь всё OK. Претензий нет.

não recebi o produto então não tenho como avaliar a qualidade do produto. Porém o envio foi péssimo. Disse que enviou e depois de muitos dias, reclamei e informou que reenviou. Mesmo assim não recebi o produto. Comprei em 26/outubro e o reembolso está entrando somente agora (20/janeiro). Tudo por conta de ficarem me enrolando que estavam enviando o produto.

Товар был заказан в конце декабря. Через несколько дней около десяти статус заказа : транспортировка отменена. Я попросила вернуть деньги, так как полоски были заказаны не для меня и повторный заказ был неактуален. У меня нет пей пал для возврата денег , но я зарегистрировала его. с продавцом была на связи. писала что повторно мне отправлять заказ НЕ НУЖНО!!!! продавец отвечает раз в день и переписка затянулась на долгое время. в итоге продавец ставит меня перед фактом, что он отправил мне товар заново. Я предупреждала, что мне это не нужно! Статус : транспортировка отменена значит, что продавец не отправил мне товар вовремя! те в первый раз он тоже отнёсся ко мне без совести!
